Phnom Penh–Siem Reap/Angkor, Battambang, Kingdom of Cambodia

To the attention of our Valued Guests and Partners:

All Dreams Cambodia Co. Ltd. Team members would like to kindly inform all our valued guests and partners that from the reports of our Boat Service Suppliers and Cruise Partner Companies, due to the severe lack of rain early this year, the Great Tonlé Sap Lake and Tributary Rivers are continuously experiencing from day to day, a very early and unprecedented low water level resulting in Big Cruise Boats NOT being able to operate a full cruise from Phnom Penh way up to Siem Reap and vice-versa, as well as for Local Boats operating Day Cruise Trips between Siem Reap and Battambang on both ways. Therefore:

• The Full-day Boat Cruise from Siem Reap to/back from Battambang will be affected resulting in much longer journey time that may take up to 9 or 10 hours, and passengers may also experience difficulties during the navigation as to board/un-board frequently and get onto the shores due to the weight sustained by the boat. Also please note that for the sector Battambang to Siem Reap, passengers will be transferred 10 kms overland on a bumpy road from Battambang City to the 10-kms away pier and then board the boat to Siem Reap. For the sector Siem Reap to Battambang, passengers will disembark at the same pier 10-kms before reaching Battambang and then, be transferred overland on a bumpy road to Battambang City.
   
• All Dreams Cambodia would like to suggest our valued guests to get an All Through Road Transfer direct from Siem Reap to Battambang and vice-versa instead of a Full-day Boat Cruise. For the time being, it is still possible to experience the Boat Trip from Siem Reap to Prèk Toal Floating Village if clients would like to do so, albeit the pier is quite far to reach towards the Lake, and then back to Siem Reap to Battambang National Road #6, and then continuing overland to Battambang after the visit of the Floating Village.
